Fit, XP, Performance or by the pound

  • Our menu consists of a healthy spin on American classics & a variety of cultured dishes. 

  • Each meal is perfectly portioned for you. From raw to cooked, from teaspoon to gram, & from our Pink Himalayan Salt to water, we do the prepping so you can live your best life.

    • Fit Meals: 250-500 Calories per meal.

    • XP Meals: 400-600 Calories & High Protein.

    • Performance: 500-800 Calories per meal. 

  • No contract required! Order week by week whenever or subscribe to stay consistent & save money. Buy in bulk to save money. 



  • Once you have browsed our menu, place your order!

  • $23 minimum order

    • Order deadline is Wednesdays at midnight for Sunday pick up or delivery. ​

    • Orders placed after Wednesday will be available for pick up or delivery the following Sunday. 

    • Example: Order placed on Monday April 6, 2020 will be available for pick up or delivery starting on Sunday April 12, 2020. Order placed on Thursday April 9, 2020 will be available on Sunday April 19, 2020.

  • Pick up is in Huntley, Illinois.

    • Staffed pick up hours between 1pm-2pm.

    • Can't make it in during our staffed pick up hours? No Worries! After hours pick up available.

    • We deliver to most surrounding areas for $15-30

  • Deliveries: Please leave a cooler out on delivery day so we can deliver your meals. If someone is home you must receive your meals out of our cooler bag and only the white paper bag. If no one is home to receive meals and there is no cooler left out our driver will leave a Duck a Diet cooler bag, driver will notate and a $15 fee will be charged. Fee can be refunded once cooler bag is returned

  • Our goal is to provide you with a nutrient dense meal plan and help accelerate your metabolism, this helps burn fat and naturally energizes the body.

  • We recommend eating our meals every two to three hours and healthy snacks in between meals. 

  • Healthy snacks include: 

    • Blueberries, blackberries, unsalted almonds, Greek yogurt, celery & peanut butter, protein bars, and protein shakes.​

  • Meals are made fresh for Monday to Friday. If you plan on consuming after this, we recommend freezing.

  • Containers are recyclable and microwave safe. Heat with lid off for 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Meals can also be transferred to oven safe dish. 350 Degrees for 25-35 minutes, or until internal temperate reaches 165 degrees.
