  •  We have 21 different meals to choose from! We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner; no grocery shopping or cooking required! Meals come fresh and read-to-eat. 

  • All dishes are made to be lean or bulk. Extra protein is available for lean lunch & dinners.

    • Lean: Meals made for cutting and fat loss. Between 300-500 calories per meal.​ 

    • Bulk: Meals made for maintaining and building lean muscle. Between 500-800 calories per meal.

  • We recommend our full meal plans for best results and savings. Individual meals may be ordered ala carte. 5 Meal minimum. ​

    • Order deadline is Wednesdays at midnight for Sunday pick up or delivery. ​

    • Orders placed after Wednesday will be available for pick up or delivery the following Sunday. 

    • Example: Order placed on Monday April 6, 2020 will be available for pick up or delivery starting on Sunday April 12, 2020. Order placed on Thursday April 9, 2020 will be available on Sunday April 19, 2020.

  • Pick up is in Crystal Lake, Illinois between 1pm-2pm. We deliver to most surrounding areas for $10-20

  • Meals will be delivered on Sunday between 2pm-6pm. If you or someone will not be home to receive the meals please leave a cooler out so we can drop off the meals with some ice packs. If you do not have a cooler simply select "Cooler bag deposit" when checking out and we will leave the meals in one of our coolers. Deposit is returned once the cooler bag is returned. Thank you. .

  • Our goal is to provide you with a nutrient dense meal plan and help accelerate your metabolism, this helps burn fat and naturally energizes the body.

  • We recommend eating our meals every two to three hours and healthy snacks in between meals. 

  • Healthy snacks include: 

    • Blueberries, blackberries, unsalted almonds, Greek yogurt, celery & peanut butter, protein bars, and protein shakes.​

  • Meals are made fresh for Monday to Friday. If you plan on consuming after this, we recommend freezing.

  • Containers are recyclable and microwave safe. Heat with lid off for 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Meals can also be transferred to oven safe dish. 350 Degrees for 25-35 minutes, or until internal temperate reaches 165 degrees.
