We recommend eating every two to three hours and healthy snacking in between meals. This helps accelerate your metabolism.


The word "metabolism" is often used interchangeably with metabolic rate, the number of calories you burn. The higher your metabolic rate, the more calories you burn and the easier it is to lose weight and keep it off.
Recommended healthy snacks for fat loss:

Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. (Berries are high in antioxidants.)
